Diamond Meat Processing (“DMP”) (www.almasadubai.com) is a leading meat processing company in the United Arab Emirates. The Company has more than 15 years of experience and established local brands, and produces more than 80 different processed meat items. The Company’s product portfolio comprises of 10 main product categories - a diverse mix across beef, chicken and turkey. The company operates across three main channels:

DMP’s manufacturing plant is located in Umm Ramoul in Dubai and it distributes its products to clients across the UAE, Oman and Qatar. The Company holds both the ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP quality certifications.

EIP has teamed up with Siniora Food Industries P.L.C (www.siniorafood.com) (“Siniora”) the processed meat industry leader in the Levant,  and third largest in GCC with growing presence in Saudi Arabia and UAE for this deal.

In the long term, taking into consideration the high potential offered in the region and the trust already developed amongst customers, Diamond Meat Processing Est. has put into place an ambitious growth plan which includes capacity expansion of the existing facility, setting up a new manufacturing facility and expanding the product portfolio

EIP has agreed with Siniora to develop a detailed business plan that takes into account using DMP as platform for Siniora activities in GCC and eliminate any conflict of interest. Siniora and EIP will support the existing management team.
